eClerx Services has scheduled an investor meeting with Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd on 19 May 2026, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited.
The virtual one-to-one interaction will focus on industry and company-specific developments already in the public domain, according to the filing made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
The meeting is scheduled to take place on a virtual basis. The company noted that the schedule may undergo change due to exigencies on the part of either the investors or the company.
