Katie Maloney didn’t hold back when she slammed Tom Sandoval for suing his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, over explicit videos of Rachel “Raquel” Leviss found on his phone. Maloney’s comment on Instagram was straightforward: “Interesting choice of words with ‘authorized permission.’ Anyway, you really messed up, dude.”
The drama started when Sandoval claimed Madix accessed his phone without permission in March 2023, watching and making copies of videos of him with Leviss, which were allegedly shared with others. This all happened while Sandoval was secretly dating Leviss behind Madix’s back during their long-term relationship.
Fans were shocked and critical online, calling Sandoval names like “treacherous” and “narcissistic,” comparing him to a cartoon villain.
Ariana Madix’s lawyer, Jordan Susman, pushed back on Sandoval’s claims, arguing that Madix had every right to access the videos given the circumstances of their relationship and Sandoval’s behavior. Susman suggested that Sandoval’s lawsuit was just an attempt to fix his public image, given the exposure of his affair.
Meanwhile, Madix recently bought a $1.6 million house in Los Angeles, strategically moving six miles away from Sandoval’s place. The legal battle continues with unresolved issues like property and emotional distress, possibly heading to mediation to avoid a trial scheduled for early 2026.
