Tech Mahindra has announced the details of its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The announcement was made through newspaper advertisements published on 26th May 2026 in Financial Express and Navshakti.
The company has also disclosed the book closure and record date for the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, Tech Mahindra informed about the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
Furthermore, the announcement highlighted the 2nd Saksham Niveshak – 100 Day Campaign by the IEPF Authority, which is set to run from 1st April 2026 to 9th July 2026.
