Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, one of Bollywood’s cutest couples, have been in the news recently when rumours of their third kid went viral on social media. They recently visited a civic function, where netizens claimed to have seen Genelia with a baby bump.
Riteish and Genelia are the joyful parents of two sons, Riaan and Rahyl, and fans believe the pair is looking forward to expanding their family with a new addition.
The Deshmukhs had not issued an official comment in response to the claims, but Riteish has now broken his quiet.
Riteish rushed to Instagram on Monday morning to publish a screenshot of a post claiming Genelia was pregnant and was observed with her baby belly at an event.
The actor stated that he would not mind having a few more children, but that the allegations were false and that they do not intend to become parents again.
“I wouldn’t mind having 2-3 more but unfortunately this is untrue,” Riteish wrote on his Instagram story, thus, putting an end to the pregnancy rumours.
Riteish and Genelia married in a magnificent Maharashtrian ceremony in 2012, followed by a Christian wedding the next day. They welcomed their first child, a son called Riaan, in 2014. Rahyl, their second child, was born in 2016, and they became parents for the second time.
On the professional front, Riteish and Genelia recently co-starred in the former Marathi directorial, Ved, which went on to win multiple honours and honours. Riteish will soon be seen in Housefull 5 alongside Akshay Kumar.
Genelia, on the other hand, was most recently seen in Manav Kaul’s online series Trial Period, where she played a single mother on the hunt for a companion for herself and a father for her child.
