One of the most anticipated sequels of the year is OMG 2. The first film from 2012 was a tremendous smash with both reviewers and viewers. Superstar Akshay Kumar plays Lord Shiva in the movie, and Pankaj Tripathi plays his follower. Yami Gautam Dhar also appears in the film. The trailer for the movie was formally published by the filmmakers following the release of the teaser and two songs from the music album.
On all digital platforms today, the OMG 2 trailer featuring Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam has finally been unveiled.
The interesting plot, which features a riveting fusion of humour, spirituality, and social satire, is hinted at in the teaser. The movie also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in key roles in addition to Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva. Arun Govil, who plays a powerful figure in the film, is also briefly seen in the trailer. In the film, Tripathi’s character Kanti must battle a difficult legal battle to protect his son’s future. A lawyer who will be seen opposing Tripathi is played by Yami Gautam. While Akshay will support Kanti on his difficult journey as Lord Shiva. All three of the leads have strong performances in the trailer, which also features incredible humour and a social message.
Two songs—Oonchi Oonchi Waadi and Har Har Mahadev—have already been made available as part of the advertising effort, and more are anticipated to follow soon. After much anticipation, the movie finally acquired its censor certificate, which had a runtime of 2 hours 36 minutes and a “A – Adults Only” rating. On August 11, it will be shown on a big screen.
