Tulsa King is an American crime drama television series, helmed by Taylor Sheridan with Terrance Winter show running for Paramount+ starring Sylvester Stallone, thereby marking his first lead role in a scripted television series. Following the storyline of a Mafi capo, who sets up a criminal organization, the series premiered on November 13, 2022.
Fans of Sheridan and Stallone can rejoice that the second season of Tulsa King has been confirmed as Paramount+ renewed the series itself in November 2022 after the streaming of mere 3 episodes on the platform. With Stallone returning as Manfredi, the rest of the cast is expected to reprise their roles as well with Martin Starr as Bodhi, Andrea Savage as Stacy, Max Casella as Manny, Jay Will as Tyson, Domenick Lombardozzi as Chickie Invernizzi, Vincent Piazza as Vince, Garrett Hedlund as Mitch, and Dana Delany as Margaret. “Taylor Sheridan’s mind works in terms of universes and backstories, so there’s always a possibility that there’s more to the universe and more to the story”, said Paramount’s Tanya Giles. It is presumed that season 2 will pick up in the aftermath of Dwight’s arrest.
Season 1’s finale was streamed on January 8. There isn’t any confirmation about the release date of season 2.
