Gold prices in India declined sharply on Monday, December 30, 2025, tracking weakness in global bullion markets. After hovering near recent highs, domestic gold rates corrected across major cities.
As per the latest data, 24-carat gold is priced at Rs 13,620 per gram, down Rs 305 from the previous session. 22-carat gold slipped Rs 280 to Rs 12,485 per gram, while 18-carat gold fell Rs 251 to Rs 10,193 per gram.

Price movement across quantities
On a quantity basis, 10 grams of 24-carat gold is now priced at Rs 1,36,200, down Rs 3,050 from the previous session, while 100 grams costs Rs 13,62,000, reflecting a decline of Rs 30,500. Similar declines were seen across 22-carat and 18-carat gold prices.
