Dilip Buildcon has announced a major milestone with the receipt of a Letter of Award from National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Government of India enterprise. This development follows the company’s earlier disclosure on November 24, 2025, and marks one of its most significant contract wins in the mining and infrastructure space.

The awarded project relates to the development and operation of the Pottangi Bauxite Mines, which includes establishing an Overland Conveyor Corridor (OLCC) and various allied facilities. The agreement will span twenty-five years, highlighting the long-term partnership between Dilip Buildcon and NALCO.

The overall contract value stands at ₹5,000 crore, excluding GST, and covers both EPC and mining operations. In the initial phase, encompassing the first three years, Dilip Buildcon will undertake EPC work that includes the construction of the conveyor corridor, road infrastructure, water intake facilities, and mining with transportation. This phase accounts for handling seven million tonnes of material and is valued at ₹1,750 crore. The subsequent twenty-two years are dedicated to mining operations covering seventy-seven million tonnes, valued at ₹3,250 crore.

This contract is entirely domestic, awarded under a general contract framework, and does not involve any related-party transactions. Dilip Buildcon confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in NALCO, ensuring complete compliance with SEBI’s disclosure norms.
