Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar) has released a fresh business update highlighting major progress across its manufacturing expansion, subsidiary operations, and order pipeline. The update covers the company’s migration to the BSE Main Board, new module and cell facilities, and aluminium manufacturing developments.
Migration to BSE Main Board Underway
The company has officially applied for migration from the BSE SME platform to the BSE Main Board. The application was submitted on 3 December 2025, along with all required processing fees. This move marks an important step in INA Solar’s growth and wider market visibility.
3 GW Module Lines Now Live at Jaipur; Full 4.5 GW by January
Insolation Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, has begun commercial operations of its new 3 GW PV module manufacturing lines at Sawarda, Jaipur. The remaining 1.5 GW capacity is expected to go live by January 2026, taking the total module capacity to 4.5 GW.
INA Solar has also secured BIS certification for its G12R panels up to 635WP, with ALMM approval expected soon, strengthening its position in the domestic solar manufacturing ecosystem.
Major Progress at Madhya Pradesh Cell & Aluminium Plant
At Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, the company is advancing its upcoming 4.5 GW TopCon G12R solar cell manufacturing plant and 18,000 MT aluminium frame manufacturing facility.
