The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The company has also released its Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. In compliance with Regulation 36(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the notice of the 50th AGM, along with the Integrated Annual Report, has been sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or the Depository Participants (DPs).
For shareholders whose email addresses are not registered, the company has dispatched letters providing the web-link to access the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26. Shareholders are encouraged to update their email addresses with the RTA/DPs to ensure seamless access to company documents and records.
