PTC Industries Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies Limited (ATL), has formalized a long-term supply agreement with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies for the production and delivery of Titanium and Superalloy precision investment castings. These components will support a wide spectrum of aerospace applications, including mission-critical parts used in advanced aircraft engines.
A key differentiator of this partnership lies in Aerolloy’s fully integrated manufacturing route. The company will produce high-integrity castings through a complete, vertically integrated process chain that begins with the manufacturing of Titanium and Superalloy materials and continues through alloy melting, material processing and precision investment casting. All stages will be executed within Aerolloy’s state-of-the-art facility at the Strategic Manufacturing Technology Centre in Uttar Pradesh.
This model enhances material traceability, strengthens quality control, improves supply chain resilience and provides Honeywell with long-term reliability for its global aerospace programs while minimizing supply-side risk.
The strategic relevance of this agreement extends beyond the commercial partnership. It reinforces India’s emergence as a credible global hub for advanced aerospace materials and high-value casting solutions.
