KNR Constructions Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has received the Completion Certificate for its major EPC project in Tamil Nadu — the Construction of the Elevated Highway along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore, from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam (Km 147/100 to 157/200 of SHU-52).

According to the company’s filing, the project was awarded in September 2020 with a construction period of 48 months, placing the original scheduled completion date at 6 September 2024. The revised timeline had extended the completion to 7 December 2025, but the company has now received the completion certificate ahead of the revised schedule, on 8 October 2025.

The elevated corridor project carries a total cost of Rs 1,180 crore (including GST) and was executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.

KNR Constructions confirmed that the update is being provided in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the information has been taken on record by the exchanges.
