Godrej Industries on Thursday approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) worth Rs 750 crore through private placement.
The Mumbai based conglomerate stated in its BSE regulatory filing. “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has today, i.e. on October 22, 2020, inter alia, approved the Information Memorandum for issuance of upto 7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred) Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having Face Value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, aggregating to Rs.750 Crore (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Crore) on private placement basis.”
