Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy, has achieved a significant milestone by securing a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and long-term operation of grid-connected solar power plants under the PMKUSUM Component A Scheme.

The projects include comprehensive operation and maintenance for 25 years from the date of commissioning, along with the establishment of 11 KV lines to connect the plants to various 33/11 KV substations and a remote monitoring system for efficient plant management.

The LOIs were awarded by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) for 20 sites and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (AVVNL) for 115 sites, covering a total combined capacity of 226.45 MW. The levelized tariffs for these projects have been finalized at Rs. 3.04 per unit for 16 sites, Rs. 2.82 per unit for 5 sites, Rs. 2.75 per unit for 53 sites, and Rs. 2.60 per unit for 61 sites. These solar plants are expected to generate around 36.23 crore electricity units annually, which would result in an estimated revenue of Rs. 98.47 crore per year. The total investment for setting up the 226.45 MW capacity is approximately Rs. 750 crore, including GST.

Scheduled for execution by the financial year 2026–27, the projects are entirely domestic and are expected to contribute significantly to India’s renewable energy goals.
