Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd has announced that it has been declared the successful bidder for the Senduri Coal Mine located in Shahdol and Umaria districts of Madhya Pradesh. The company secured the mine with a revenue sharing of 9.50% with the state government.
The Senduri coal block holds estimated geological reserves of 248.54 million tonnes of G9 (provisional) grade coal, making it a valuable addition to the company’s resource base. This strategic win will further strengthen Sarda Energy & Minerals’ raw material security and long-term growth plans.
In the exchange filings, the company shared, “We are pleased to inform that the Company has been declared as Successful Bidder for Senduri Coal Mine in Dist. Shahdol and Umaria, Madhya Pradesh on 9.50% revenue sharing with State Government. The mine has total geological reserves of 248.54 MnT of G9 (Provisional) grade of coal.”
The company confirmed that the necessary agreements for the allocation will be executed in due course.
