Mahindra Logistics Ltd reported its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), showing an increase in revenue but a deeper net loss year-on-year.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 14.4% YoY to ₹1,625 crore, compared to ₹1,420 crore in Q1 FY25. However, its consolidated net loss widened by 20% YoY to ₹9.44 crore, compared to a net loss of ₹7.84 crore in the same quarter last year.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) came in at ₹76.3 crore, up from ₹66.3 crore a year ago, reflecting a 15% YoY growth. Meanwhile, EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 4.69%, slightly higher than 4.67% in Q1 FY25.
The company’s expenses also grew during the quarter, keeping profitability under pressure despite revenue growth.
