AWL Agri Business Limited, formerly known as Adani Wilmar Limited, has declared a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on 28th April 2026. The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company has set 19th June 2026 as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend. The AGM is scheduled for 7th July 2026 and will be conducted via video conferencing in accordance with the applicable guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In addition to the dividend announcement, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singh as a Whole Time Director for a period of three years, effective from 1st November 2026, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Singh, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology from HBTI Kanpur, has been associated with the company since July 2003 and currently serves as the Technical Head.
The Board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. These results, prepared in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, were accompanied by an unmodified audit opinion from the company’s statutory auditors, M/s S R B C & Co. LLP.
