KEC International Ltd., a key player in the global infrastructure EPC space and an RPG Group company, has announced the receipt of new orders worth Rs 1,236 crore across multiple business verticals.
In its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segment, the company has secured new orders for transmission lines and substations in both India and the Middle East, including contracts in UAE and Kuwait. This also includes a substation order from a private TBCB player in India, marking continued momentum in core infrastructure projects.
The Civil division has won a significant order for a residential project from a leading real estate developer in Western India, reflecting KEC’s growing presence in the construction space.
The Transportation segment has received a prestigious order for Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS), also known as Kavach, a safety initiative by Indian Railways.
In the Cables business, the company has bagged orders for the supply of various types of cables for both domestic and international markets.
Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, expressed optimism stating that the new substation orders in India and the UAE have significantly expanded the company’s footprint in the Middle East market. He also highlighted the expansion of the civil business’ client base and shared that the total order intake for FY25 has reached a record Rs 24,600 crore, reflecting a 36% year-on-year growth.
