In May 2011, India released a list of the 50 most wanted terrorists that it alleged were hiding in Pakistan after the death of Osama Bin Laden. The list was prepared by consulting the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the National Investigation Agency and the Intelligence Bureau (IB). This list changes over time. In October 2018, the NIA released a new Most Wanted list which contained 258 names including 15 women.

1) Abdul Subhan Qureshi:-
Infamous as India’s Osama Bin Laden, he is suspected to be associated with the Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Delhi bombings. He is also known as Abdul Subhan Usman Qureshi, Kasim, Zakir, Qab and Touqeer. National Investigation Agency has announced reward of 400,000 rupees for any information leading to his arrest.
2) Abdur Rehman Hashim Syed:-
He is also known as Pasha, Major Abdur Rehman Hashim and Abdurrehman. He is a retired Major in the Pakistan army and an active member of Lashkar-e-Taiba. Red Corner Notice is issued against him.
3) Abu Bilal:-
He is suspected to be in the 2011 Delhi high court blasts. He is also known as Gulam Sarwar, Abu Sarwar, Firdos, Raju. National Investigation Agency has announced reward of 1 million rupees for any information leading to his arrest.
4) Aijaz Ahmad Bhat:-
He is also known as Aijaz Maqbool Bhat. Red Corner Notice is issued against him.
5) Alam Jeb Afridi:-
National Investigation Agency has announced reward of Rs. 300,000 for any information leading to his arrest.
6) Amir Reza Khan:-
He is also known as Parvez, Rizwan and Muttaki. National Investigation Agency has announced reward of ₹1 million for any information that will lead to his arrest. Red Corner Notice has also been issued.
7) Amit:-
He is also known as Ashok, Prince, Sunny and Ashwini Chauhan. National Investigation Agency has announced cash reward of Rs. 500,000. Look Out Circular has been issued against him by Bureau of Immigration. He is suspected to be the mastermind of Samjhauta express bombings on February 18, 2007 that killed 68 people and the explosion in the Meeca Masjid in Hyderabad on May 18, 2007.
