Transformers and Rectifiers India has secured an order worth Rs 175 crore from Bhanwariya Infra Projects Private Limited, according to an exchange filing dated May 19, 2026.

The order is related to the 400/220 KV GSS Kumher, Bharatpur, RRVPNL project and the 400/220 KV GSS Amber, Jaipur, RRVPNL project.

As part of the order, the company will manufacture 4 transformers and 5 reactors, along with related work. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and falls under the company’s normal course of business.

The transformers and reactors are scheduled for delivery on or before March 2028.

The company clarified that the promoter, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. It also stated that the order does not fall under related party transactions.
