Akshay Kumar and Bear Grylls had a candid moment during a live chat session, in which the former revealed that he drinks Cow urine daily for Ayurvedic reasons. The duo was accompanied by Akshay Kumar’s film Bell-Bottom co-star Huma Qureshi who asked them about the elephant poop tea, consumed by them during the shoot of Grylls’s show ‘Into The Wild’. Replying to which Akshay Kumar unveiled that it was not really any big deal for him as he drinks cow urine daily for medicinal purpose.
During the chat, Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi and Bear Grylls talked about the special episode of the show ‘Into The Wild’ which was shot in Bandipur National Park Tiger Reserve. Grylls praised Akshay Kumar and his fitness saying, “I did not know Akshay Kumar personally, but I instantly knew that he was a ‘fun guy with no ego’.Out of all the guests we have had over the years, he is definitely Tier-1.” When Akshay Kumar was asked if he was tensed to go on this adventurous ride he replied, “I knew I was in good hands. “I wasn’t worried. I was too excited to be worried.”
Huma Qureshi wanted to know if Khiladi Kumar and Grylls would work together again some time to which the latter said, “Will be great to do something else with him. Maybe another show.” The special episode of ‘Into The Wild’ is to be released today on 11th September on Discovery+ and on 14th September on Discovery channel. The promo of the same was released back in last week where Akshay Kumar was seen lauding Bear Grylls by saying, “I am reel hero and he is a real hero.”
