Stock market today: S&P 500 faced slight decline of 0.07% while NASDAQ 100 saw rise of 0.31% in early trading

As of 9:55 AM EST, the stock market showcased mixed movements in early trading today as the major indices displayed varied performances.

The S&P 500 stood at 5,946.04 USD, as it reflected a slight dip of just -0.07%. Meanwhile, the NASDAQ 100 Index showed upward momentum, climbing to 21,303.59 USD, a gain of +0.31%.

On the other hand, the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index dropped to 43,141.74 USD, marking a decline of -0.18%. The NASDAQ Composite Index also experienced gains, reaching 19,560.02 USD, up by +0.25%.

Lastly, the NYSE Composite Index added to the positive notes, recording a value of 19,451.1929 USD, as it marked an increase of +0.15%.
