Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, is currently dealing with a serious lawsuit from her ex-boyfriend, rapper Twin Hector, whose real name is Taiyon Hector. The lawsuit, which was filed on September 23, 2024, in California Superior Court, accuses Chyna of domestic violence, civil assault, and battery during their three-year relationship.
Why is Blac Chyna getting sued by ex Twin Hector?
Twin claims that the trouble began shortly after he moved into Chyna’s home in Woodland Hills in August 2020. He says that Chyna struggled with heavy drinking and drug use, which he believes led to her becoming violent. According to him, when she was under the influence, she would often lash out and hit him for no apparent reason. He alleges that Chyna punched, slapped, shoved, and kicked him multiple times.
In the lawsuit, Twin also mentions that Chyna made serious threats against him, including threats to kill him during heated arguments or even while he was asleep. He tried to dodge her attacks and thought he could help her by encouraging her to seek treatment, but he claims she always refused and blamed him instead.
One of the most shocking claims in the lawsuit revolves around an incident from September 2021. Twin says that Chyna woke him up by violently attacking him with her fists, elbows, and knees, hitting him in the face and body. He says the assault was so severe that it caused bleeding and left him temporarily blinded. Afterward, Chyna allegedly called her doctor to treat his injuries.
According to Twin, the doctor advised him to see several specialists, including a plastic surgeon, an eye doctor, and a neurologist, due to the extent of his injuries. Twin claims he suffered a broken nose, deep cuts on his face, a scar on his eyelid, whiplash, nerve damage, and severe headaches. He also states that the incident led to insomnia and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
This isn’t the first time Blac Chyna has faced accusations of abuse. In April 2022, her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian testified in court that she had tried to kill him back in December 2016. He alleged that during a heated argument, she attempted to strangle him with a charging cable, hit him with a metal rod, and even pointed an unloaded gun at him. Chyna later described the situation as a joke and denied any malicious intent.
