The Coronavirus Lockdown has brought the film industry to a stand still, many films are incurring losses, the release of many upcoming films have been stalled. No promotions are happening and the actors too are not getting clicked time and again in the airport or at their gyms or wherever they used to invite the paps to click them. It is very important for actors to stay int he news though. Therefore most actors are taking to their social media handles to upload videos of themselves doing their daily chores. This makes them remain in the news even during lockdown. Sara Ali Khan too keeps posting random videos on her Instagram account time and again. Making the most of her time in the current situation, Sara Ali Khan recently did a fitness live on Instagram. Sara wants to stay in the news and therefore keeps posting such work out videos time and again on her social media account. Recently the actress was booed by the audiences terribly for her performance in the Imtiaz Ali directorial Love Aaj Kal that also starred Kartik Aaryan and flooded the social media with funny memes about her.
Earlier director choreographer Farah Khan had taken to the social media to appeal to the actors to not post work out videos in order to flaunt their luxuries because there are many who do not have the luxury to even stay indoors. But Sara seems to be unnerved by what she said and did an entire live video that featured her workout!
We cannot really tell whether the live-stream did anything to motivate the audience or no. Having said that, her transformation story is exceedingly inspiring on various levels. We are now wondering what her next live session will be about. Will she be able to provide any variety or she will once again display the herd mentality.
People loved watching the actress during her initial stint in Kedarnath but very quickly people have already started commenting on her acting prowess especially after the Love Aaj Kal debacle. We don’t know whether these work out videos will go a long way to replenish that weakness in her.
On the work front, Sara Ali Khan has an enthralling line up of projects with two varied roles, one in Aanand L. Rai directorial Attrangi Re which is a musical film and the other in Coolie No.1, helmed by David Dhawan which is a remake of the commercial classic comedy film from 1995.
