Signatureglobal (India) has announced an extension of the expected completion date for the sale or disposal under its Securities Subscription and Purchase Agreement (SSPA). Initially set for 23rd March 2026, the new agreed date is now 31st March 2026. This extension was mutually decided by the involved parties, which include Signatureglobal, its wholly owned subsidiary Gurugram Commercity, and Millennia Realtors Private Limited. The SSPA was executed on 14th February 2026 and this update follows the initial intimation provided by the company on the same date.
