Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has announced the scheduling of NCLT-convened meetings for its secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and equity shareholders. These meetings are set to take place on 24 June 2026, at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:30 p.m. respectively. The meetings are being held in accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench.
The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and follows an earlier communication dated 21 May 2026. The notice regarding these meetings has been published in the Business Standard (English Edition) and Makkal Kural (Tamil Edition) on 23 May 2026.
