Shares of Shriram Properties rallied 11% after the company reported a strong set of Q4 FY26 results, driven by sharp growth in revenue and profitability on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.
The company posted a net profit of ₹78.5 crore in the fourth quarter, marking a sharp 63.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to ₹48 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations also witnessed strong momentum, rising 57% YoY to ₹641 crore against ₹408 crore in the year-ago period, supported by healthy project execution and improved sales traction.
Operating performance remained robust during the quarter. EBITDA surged 82% to ₹89 crore compared to ₹49 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting improved operational efficiencies and stronger revenue contribution from ongoing projects.
EBITDA margin expanded to 14% in Q4 FY26 from 12% in the same quarter last year, indicating better profitability despite rising costs in the real estate sector.
For the full financial year FY26, Shriram Properties reported total income of ₹1,356.9 crore, compared to ₹973.4 crore in FY25, while annual net profit rose to ₹100.8 crore from ₹77.3 crore.
