Sunteck Realty shares gained over 2% in morning trade after the company reported a strong set of Q3 FY26 results, driven by sharp growth in revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis.

In the December quarter, Sunteck Realty’s consolidated revenue more than doubled to ₹344 crore, compared with ₹162 crore in the same period last year, marking a growth of over 112%. The sharp rise in revenue highlighted faster construction progress and better recognition from ongoing projects during the quarter.

EBITDA for Q3 FY26 rose 68.4% year-on-year to ₹81.5 crore, up from ₹48.4 crore in Q3 FY25. While operating profit showed healthy growth, EBITDA margin declined to 23.7% from 29.9% a year ago, indicating higher costs and a change in project mix impacting margins during the quarter.

Net profit also recorded solid growth, increasing 36.9% to ₹58.2 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with ₹42.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
