LTM and Uniphore have announced a strategic partnership to develop and scale domain-specific artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across core enterprise business processes, marking a significant step in enterprise AI adoption.
The collaboration will see Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud power LTM’s BlueVerse™ ecosystem, enabling the deployment of industry-specific small language models (SLMs) and AI agents tailored for enterprise workflows. The partnership aims to combine LTM’s deep domain expertise and global delivery capabilities with Uniphore’s AI platform to drive measurable business outcomes.
As enterprises increasingly shift toward purpose-built AI solutions, the partnership focuses on delivering more precise, secure, and compliant AI applications embedded within critical business functions. Uniphore’s platform will unify enterprise data, AI models, and agents on a secure infrastructure, while LTM will lead implementation, transformation, and client delivery initiatives.
Initially, the collaboration will target key sectors including banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), manufacturing, and media and entertainment. The companies plan to co-develop solutions for use cases such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A), contract intelligence, outbound logistics, workforce transformation, and contact centre operations.
LTM will also integrate Uniphore’s platform into its own internal transformation initiatives, enabling faster deployment timelines and unlocking operational efficiencies. The partnership is expected to evolve further with expansion into additional industries and enterprise functions over time.
