Chalet Hotels has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Seasons Hotels Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This development was finalised on 5 May 2026, following previous announcements made on 11 December 2025, 24 April 2026, and 25 April 2026.
The acquisition aligns with the provisions outlined in Regulations 30 and 51, as well as Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Chalet Hotels had previously submitted detailed information regarding the acquisition in a letter dated 24 April 2026, in compliance with the SEBI Master Circular for compliance with provisions of Listing Regulations dated 30 January 2026.
