Vardhman Special Steels Ltd reported a steady operational performance for the third quarter ended 31 December 2025.

For Q3 FY26, revenue from operations stood at ₹430.54 crore, compared with ₹426.77 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting a YoY increase of 0.88%. The topline growth remained muted, indicating stable demand conditions during the quarter.

Total income for the quarter rose to ₹443.72 crore, up from ₹433.74 crore in the corresponding period last year, marking a YoY growth of 2.30%, aided by higher other income.

Total expenses declined to ₹398.93 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹405.27 crore in Q3 FY25, translating into a YoY reduction of 1.56%. The decline in overall costs supported margin expansion despite limited revenue growth.

Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter increased sharply to ₹44.79 crore, compared with ₹28.47 crore a year earlier, registering a YoY growth of 57.32%. The improvement reflects better operating leverage and cost optimisation.

Profit after tax (PAT) rose to ₹33.59 crore in Q3 FY26, up from ₹21.46 crore in Q3 FY25, resulting in a strong YoY growth of 56.53%.
