Surya Roshni has announced the receipt of a fresh order valued at ₹68.71 crore, inclusive of GST, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The company shared that the order pertains to the supply of submerged arc welded (SAW) mild steel pipes, a key product in its steel pipes and strips division.
Although the name of the awarding entity has not been disclosed, Surya Roshni confirmed that the contract originates from a domestic customer based in Gujarat. The scope of work includes the manufacturing and supply of SAW MS pipes, with the complete execution timeline extending up to June 2026. The order reinforces the company’s strong position in supplying high-quality steel pipes for infrastructure and industrial applications.
The company has further clarified that the contract does not involve any related-party transactions and that the promoter or promoter group holds no interest in the awarding entity. This order is expected to contribute positively to Surya Roshni’s ongoing project pipeline and strengthen its market presence in the domestic steel pipes sector.
