Avantel has announced a fresh business win that adds momentum to its order book. As per the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, the firm has received a purchase order worth ₹17.55 crore, inclusive of taxes, from Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL). The contract, dated 25 November 2025, involves the supply of advanced communication systems.
This is a domestic contract, and the work awarded falls under manufacturing. The order is expected to be fully executed by March 2026. Avantel also confirmed that the contract includes a performance bank guarantee of five percent, as per standard terms followed in such defence-related supply agreements.
The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor related entities have any interest in Bharat Electronics, and the contract does not classify as a related-party transaction.
