Aegis Logistics Limited reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of FY26, showcasing robust year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability.

The company’s revenue from operations increased 31% YoY to Rs 2,294 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 1,750 crore during the same period last year. Total income stood at Rs 2,390 crore, up from Rs 1,789 crore in Q2 FY25.

Profit before tax rose sharply to Rs 310.2 crore, against Rs 196 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Meanwhile, profit attributable to the owners of the company stood at Rs 179.6 crore, up from Rs 125.9 crore in Q2 FY25 and Rs 131.3 crore in Q1 FY26.

Total expenses increased to Rs 2,079 crore, driven by higher purchase costs of stock-in-trade and depreciation expenses.

For the half year ended September 30, 2025, total income was Rs 4,172 crore, while profit attributable to the owners of the company rose to Rs 257.5 crore, compared to Rs 206 crore in the same period last year.

The strong quarterly performance reflects improved efficiency and steady demand across key business segments. Shares of Aegis Logistics traded higher on the NSE following the announcement.
