Tata Communications has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned step-down subsidiary named TComm Turkey Dijital Çözümler Limited Şirketi, also known as TComm Turkey. The subsidiary was officially registered in the Republic of Türkiye on May 21, 2026, and the Certificate of Incorporation was received from the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on May 22, 2026.
TComm Turkey is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Communications International Pte. Ltd. (TCIPL), which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Communications. The new entity will operate within the Information Technology sector, focusing on providing non-telecommunications services. These services will include system and platform integration for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, as well as IT consultation and support services for offerings supplied by Turkey-licensed operators to Tata Communications’ customers.
The incorporation of TComm Turkey was facilitated through cash consideration, with the subsidiary being established with a capital of TL 50,000. TCIPL holds 100% of the share capital of TComm Turkey, ensuring complete control over the new entity.
The establishment of this subsidiary marks a strategic expansion for Tata Communications, allowing the company to enhance its service offerings in the region and leverage local market opportunities.
