Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) has announced the successful commissioning of the third phase—adding 105 MW—of its ambitious 600 MW Solar Power Project at Khavda in the Great Rann of Kutch. With this milestone, the company has now commenced a total of 315 MW of solar capacity at the site.
According to its latest regulatory filing, this development follows the company’s earlier announcement dated September 29, 2025, and falls under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The project is part of the massive 2,375 MW Renewable Energy Park at Khavda, which is emerging as one of India’s largest clean energy hubs.
The successful commissioning of this phase marks another significant step in GIPCL’s commitment to sustainable energy expansion and its contribution toward India’s renewable energy goals.
