Avantel Limited announced that it has received a purchase order worth ₹9.92 crore (including taxes) from Garden Reach Shipbuilders Limited for the supply of Satcom products. The order, confirmed via mail on September 15, 2025, falls under manufacturing contracts and is to be executed between March 15, 2026, and June 15, 2026.
The terms of the agreement include a performance bank guarantee of 3%. Avantel clarified that this is a domestic order and does not fall under any related-party transactions. The company added that the development aligns with its ongoing efforts to strengthen its portfolio in defence and communication technology.
