Nasarpore Malotha Highway Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of G R Infraprojects, has successfully executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The agreement, signed on 18th May 2026, pertains to a significant infrastructure project aimed at upgrading a major highway section in Gujarat.
The project involves the upgradation of the existing two-lane carriageway to a four-lane divided carriageway. This development will span from Ch. 208+90 in Nasarpore Village, Umarpada Taluka, to Ch. 269+11 in Malotha Village, Vyara Taluka, covering a total length of 60.21 kilometres on NH-56. The estimated project cost stands at ₹1,453.57 crore, excluding GST.
The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), a model that combines the benefits of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) models. The completion and operation period for the project is set at 910 days from the appointed date.
This strategic initiative is expected to enhance the infrastructure and connectivity in the region, contributing to economic growth and development.
