Zydus Wellness reported a 5.8% year-on-year decline in net profit for the fourth quarter, even as revenue and operating performance saw strong growth during the period.

The company posted a net profit of ₹162 crore for Q4FY26, compared to ₹172 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations rose 62.6% YoY to ₹1,484.7 crore against ₹913 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting strong topline growth during the quarter.

At the operating level, EBITDA increased 42.2% to ₹270 crore from ₹190 crore in the year-ago period. However, EBITDA margin narrowed to 18.2% from 20.8% last year, indicating pressure on profitability despite higher revenue growth.

The company’s Board of Directors has also recommended a final dividend of ₹1.20 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, translating to a 60% payout. The dividend is subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 4, 2026.

Zydus Wellness operates in the consumer wellness and nutrition segment with brands across health foods, sugar substitutes, personal care and nutraceutical categories.
