Shares of All Time Plastics made a strong debut on the stock exchanges today, August 14, 2025, opening at ₹311.3 apiece — a 13.2% premium over the IPO price of ₹275. The listing comes after robust demand during the subscription period.
The IPO, which was open from August 7 to August 11, had a price band of ₹260 to ₹275 per share and raised ₹400.60 crore at the upper end. The offer comprised a fresh issue of 1.02 crore equity shares worth ₹280 crore and an offer-for-sale of 43.85 lakh shares aggregating to ₹120.60 crore.
Investor interest was strong, with an overall subscription of 8.34 times. The retail portion was subscribed 5.14 times, the Non-Institutional Investors category 13.47 times, and the Qualified Institutional Buyers segment 10.15 times.
Dam Capital Advisors and Intensive Fiscal Services acted as the book running lead managers, while Kfin Technologies served as the IPO registrar. The company’s equity shares are now listed on both BSE and NSE.
