IT stocks traded mixed in Monday’s session, with buying seen in select heavyweight technology counters during early trade.
As of 10:11 AM, Infosys shares were trading at ₹1,179.20, while Tata Consultancy Services slipped 0.29% to ₹2,394.40. Wipro was trading 0.28% higher at ₹197.91, whereas Tech Mahindra gained 1.02% to ₹1,463.
Among gainers, HCL Technologies rose 1.27% to ₹1,198.40 during the morning session. Persistent Systems also traded higher by 2.60% at ₹5,113.60.
Meanwhile, Mphasis advanced 0.96% to ₹2,214.20.
The Nifty IT index was trading at 29,394.20, up 1.21% during early trade.
