Allu Arjun, who has been basking in the success of his recently released film, Pushpa 2: The Rule, has been surrounded by controversies. He was recently served a notice to appear before police on Tuesday, in connection to the stampede like situation that happened during the premiere of his movie on December 4, as the actor arrived unannounced at the Sandhya theatre.

A video has emerged online, which shows the Telugu superstar in an all-black outfit as leaves his home for questioning. His wife Sneha Reddy and children were seen bidding him goodbye.

Fans reacted to his picture which is going viral on social media. One user said, “Don’t worry, Allu Arjun – the support is stronger than ever!” Another commented, “No worry we fans with you always.”

The actor was asked to appear before Chikkadpally police inspector Raju Naik, who said that the notice was issue after the police commissioner C V Anand released a video of the visible stampede in the theatre.

For those unaware, after Allu Arjun’s surprise visit to the Sandhya theatre on December 4, during the screening of his movie, a stampede-like situation was created, which resulted in a 35-year-old woman, Revanthi, lost her life and her son is still being admitted in a hospital. A case was registered against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management. The actor was also arrested on December 13 and was released on bail next day.
