Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Limited (BHARATAGRI) has announced a major expansion plan for its flagship hospitality property, Anchaviyo Resort, aimed at making it a premier destination for luxury and wedding tourism. With an investment of ₹85 crore, the expansion will include the addition of 130 rooms, a state-of-the-art spa, multiple restaurants, banquet facilities, and recreational amenities. The project is expected to be completed by March 2026.
The company has secured ₹57.5 crore in funding for the project, including ₹25 crore from NKGSB Bank, with the remaining amount expected from other banking partners. The initiative is also supported by government subsidies and tax benefits, including a 25% capital subsidy, lower energy tariffs, and exemptions from electricity duty and GST.
This expansion aligns with Bharat Agri’s commitment to the “Wed in India” initiative, promoting India as a global wedding destination. Upon completion, the project is projected to generate annual revenues of ₹111 crore by FY26-27, with an occupancy rate of 65-75%.
In addition to its hospitality business, Bharat Agri Fert & Realty’s fertilizer division is on track for a turnaround, driven by strategic agreements and improved cash flows, marking a positive outlook for the company’s overall growth trajectory.
