Ashoka Buildcon Limited, a prominent infrastructure and construction company, has announced that it has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) for two significant projects worth Rs Rs.2,791 crore under the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The two projects awarded to Ashoka Buildcon involve the development of crucial economic corridors in the state of West Bengal. Both projects are part of NHAI’s mission to improve the road infrastructure under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts.

These projects include the development of a 4-lane economic corridor from Kharagpur to Chandrakona-Ghatal Road Crossing (NH 116A) and from Bowaichandi to Guskara-Katwa Road Section (NH 116A), both located in West Bengal.

The projects are expected to be completed in 910 days, including the monsoon period. With the award of these contracts, Ashoka Buildcon continues to strengthen its position in the infrastructure sector, contributing to the growth of India’s road network.
