Last week, actor Armie Hammer, who has faced severe allegations in recent years, gave an exclusive interview with British journalist Piers Morgan to address the controversies surrounding him. These accusations include rape, physical abuse, extreme BDSM practices, and even claims of cannibalism.
During the interview on *Piers Morgan Uncensored*, Hammer addressed the cannibalism and rape allegations head-on. In early 2021, several women released disturbing text messages from Hammer, with messages like, “I am 100% a cannibal” and “I want to eat you.” Hammer dismissed these claims, saying that the texts were meant to be understood within a particular context and not taken literally. He compared his comments to saying something hyperbolic like, “I just want to eat you up” when admiring something cute. Hammer insisted he never actually ate human flesh and was investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department, though he was not charged.
Hammer also mentioned his past relationships, including one with Effie Angelova, who is now accusing him of rape. He claimed that Angelova was the first person he cheated on his wife with. Hammer’s marriage to TV personality Elizabeth Chambers ended before the abuse allegations came to light, and he attributed the breakup to his infidelities.
In response to the interview, Angelova posted new screenshots on social media that suggest a darker side of Hammer’s behavior. These messages include threats such as, “I’m thinking of breaking your ribs” and “Cutting you into pieces,” along with sexual references. The new evidence seems to contradict Hammer’s claims and paint a more troubling picture.
Other women, including model Paige Lorenze, who accused Hammer of carving his initials into her skin, and Courtney Vucekovich and Julia Morrison, who shared incriminating messages, have also come forward with allegations against him. Hammer has yet to respond to Angelova’s latest claims, but the new screenshots raise serious concerns.
