Bharat Electronics Limited

State-run defence electronics company Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) said it has secured additional orders worth ₹608 crore since its last disclosure on May 5, 2026. The latest orders include defence-related systems and associated equipment.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) reported a 58.9% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 at ₹187.1 crore, compared to ₹455.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s revenue increased 4.2% year-on-year to ₹6,696 crore from ₹6,427 crore. EBITDA declined 38.4% to ₹269 crore, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 4% from 6.8% a year ago.

Container Corporation of India Limited

Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) reported a 12.4% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 at ₹262.7 crore, compared to ₹299.8 crore in the same quarter last year.

Hitachi Energy India Limited

Hitachi Energy India reported strong fourth-quarter earnings for FY26, supported by higher revenue and margin expansion.

The company’s net profit rose 79.7% year-on-year to ₹330 crore, while revenue increased 46.2% to ₹2,754 crore. EBITDA climbed 74.9% to ₹416 crore and EBITDA margin improved to 15.1% from 12.6% last year.

The company also announced a fresh investment plan of ₹2,000 crore to expand manufacturing capacity.

One 97 Communications Limited

One 97 Communications Ltd, the parent company of Paytm, said its wholly owned subsidiary Paytm Cloud Technologies Limited (PCTL) approved an investment of €9 million in Paytm Europe Payments S.A.

The investment will be made through subscription to 9 million equity shares with a face value of €1 each.

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) reported a wider consolidated net loss of ₹148.4 crore in the fourth quarter, compared to a loss of ₹16.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

NLC India Limited

NLC India Ltd signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) for the formation of a joint venture company to develop nuclear power projects in India.

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility reported a 95% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 to ₹314.3 crore, compared to ₹161.6 crore in the year-ago period.

Man Industries (India) Limited

Man Industries (India) Ltd reported a 25.4% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter at ₹50.9 crore, compared to ₹68.2 crore in the same period last year.

Brigade Enterprises Limited

Brigade Enterprises Ltd said it has signed a joint development agreement for a premium residential project in Kompally, Hyderabad.

The company estimates the project’s revenue potential at around ₹850 crore.
