Actor Aamir Khan has reportedly bought a new property in a posh area of Mumbai. As per the report by Zoom Entertainment, the property is situated in Mumbai’s Bandra suburb, in the same complex, where the actor already owns several units. As per the data available with SquareYards.com, citing the registration documents, Aamir has spent Rs. 9.7 crore on the property. The report in Zoom states that he has paid stamp duty of Rs. 58 lakh and registration fees of Rs. 30,000 for the property.
The property is situated in Pali Hill’s Bella Vista Apartment, where the Dangal actor reportedly owns nine out of twenty four units. The reports suggest that he also owns multiple properties in neighbouring Marina Apartments building. His two ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao also live in the same complex. As per the Zoom reports, the deal was finalised on June 25.
