Shree Cement has announced that the Commissioner (Appeals), CE & CGST, Jodhpur has dismissed its appeal against a demand order from the Assistant Commissioner, Pali Division, Rajasthan. This decision reinstates a penalty of ₹3,59,831 for technical reasons. The order, received on 29th April 2026, pertains to the wrong availment of Cenvat Credit.

According to the company, the order does not have a significant financial impact. Shree Cement is currently reviewing the order in consultation with legal advisors and is considering filing an appeal before the Tribunal as a potential next step.
