Shah Rukh Khan may now make a special appearance in the film, per a Koimoi report. Rajinikanth is someone SRK admires, and he previously honoured the Thalaiva with the famous song “Lungi Dance” from his 2013 film Chennai Express. Now, the makers of Thalaivar 171 hope to reunite these two legendary figures in a motion picture.
However, there’s no official word yet regarding Khan appearing in a cameo. It remains to be seen how the two celebrities will fare in a joint picture. In addition to rumours that Vijay Sethupathi will play a significant role in the cast.
