Babil Khan, who made a strong start in Qala, will next appear in Netflix’s Friday Night Plan alongside Juhi Chawla. Vatsal Neelakantan will direct Friday Night Plan, which will premiere on Netflix on September 1.
Juhi posted a teaser for Friday Night Plan, directed by Vatsal Neelakantan, on her Twitter account on Friday morning. It starts with Juhi’s voiceover, in which she says she might have to stay overnight in Pune and then asks both of her sons whether they are comfortable with staying for one day. This leads to an unplanned night out for both brothers. The teaser depicts Babil going out, showing off his dance talents and flirting with a classmate.
About his second collaboration with Netflix, Babil said in a statement, “Having a younger brother in real life, this film feels so relatable to me. It’s a heartwarming journey that brings back fond memories of our own misadventures. This is my first outing with Excel Entertainment and also marks my second collaboration with Netflix after Qala, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this project.”
